Welcome!
My name is Jordyn Young and I am a PhD student in Information Science at Drexel University. I am advised by Dr. Andrea Forte in the Social Computing Research Group. Prior to graduate school, I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania where I worked with Dr. Melissa Hunt. My research examines the impact of our increasingly digital lives.

July 2021: Awarded the Grad Network Community Impact Fellowship through the Jewish Graduate Student Network.
April 2021: Awarded the Gold Fellowship from Drexel’s Graduate College!
May 2019: Graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
